Its roof is built with “cana” dry leaves, a local indigenous palm tree from Dominican Republic. The outdoor terrace and pool is where our family gathers to read, swim, listen to music, have a drink, or enjoy a day in the sun. The terrace is elegantly furnished with oversized sofas and a tasteful aesthetic. The air-conditioned main living room is just as impressive. Boasting oversized sofas and lounge chairs, an entertainment control center and a Baby Grand piano, this living room is perfect for intimate evenings with friends and family.

The swimming pool is a masterpiece in itself. Two connected bodies of water blend with the sea and sky, enhancing the undisturbed views of the blue horizon with over 100-feet of infinity edge. The oversized Jacuzzi in the middle of the pool is perfect for those cooler nights.

The upstairs balcony is one of the most impressive areas of the house. With a view of the Caribbean Sea and golf course, guests can unwind in the seating area on the second floor balcony. Its lounge bed is perfect for watching the sunset at the end of the day.

If you are looking for a little friendly competition, look no further than the second floor game room.  End your day with a game of pool, Ping-Pong or dominos. Several table games are also available including backgammon, chess and Chinese checkers. There is also a 27’’ TV with Blu-Ray disk/ DVD and a sitting area, desk and chair in the room.

Even a tropical vacation home benefits from a bit of modern pleasures and technology.  Enjoy getting caught-up on the latest tv shows and movies in the comfortable home theater room.
